Setting the Stage

The first part of our process is to work with you to best understand the space available and your needs and wishes for the home. This involves creating a rough schedule for starting the process, a survey of the site for the future home, and personally meeting with you to determine the most important aspects.

Putting a Plan on Paper

The next step is drafting an actual plan for the home that will be built. This process is streamlined by working directly with us. We will take the lead in coordinating all the work that is done by each trade involved. All this work, however, will consider your wishes at every stage.

Budgeting the Work

Next, once the floor plans and renderings have been approved by you, it is time to get an overview of the costs involved in creating exactly what has been agreed upon. This preliminary budget comes with a materials allowance as well as a trades allowance and includes contingency funds to allow for potential overages along the way.

Finalizing the Process

This will include all the permits necessary for the work to be completed as well as agreements from all of those involved in the process of construction from beginning to end. This is also where all the details and information that has been agreed upon throughout the early steps is laid out and confirmed, including floor plans finishes, and fixtures within the floor plan of the home.
